
Aparajita is skilled in legal drafting, case management, and client advocacy. She prides herself on conducting thorough research, negotiating settlements, and presenting compelling arguments in court so Verkhovets Law’s clients have the most favourable outcomes.
Aparajita routinely prepares material for motions, factums, pleadings, and other legal documents for court. She attends motions, examinations for discoveries, and case conferences. She also prepares various documents for Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) appearances in Ontario.
Aparajita conducts new client as well as witness interviews. Importantly, she prepares and coaches clients for Examinations for Discoveries and Case Conferences, how to dress, how to address the Judge, and appropriate behaviour in court, to be respectful and give a good first impression.
She conducts regular file reviews for effective and smooth case management of clients’ cases.
She was admitted to the Bar in 2022 by the Law Society of Ontario.
Aparajita has more than 10 years of both legal and administrative experience with the Indian Air Force.
Her education includes an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Bachelor of Law from Meerut University in India, as well as degrees in English Literature, Human Rights, and Economics.
