She provides instrumental care and support to our clients who have been injured as a result of a car accidents, whether they are at fault or not. She has always worked in Personal Injury law and loves helping people.
Kim had appeared before the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT) numerous times for hearings, motions and case conferences. She represented clients in EUOs. Attended priority and accident benefits statements on a regular basis. Additionally, Kim appeared and argued various matters in Small Claims Court.
Kim files claims, assembles documents and evidence, prepares clients and witnesses for appearance in court and LAT, and represent clients in various proceedings. Motivated and a hard worker, Kim thrives to deliver absolute best results to her clients to ensure they are fairly and adequately compensated for the injuries sustained as a result of motor vehicle accident.
Prior to joining Verkhovets Law, Kim served community by providing services to victims of motor vehicle accidents independently as well as a part of a another personal injury firm.
Kim has been a licensed paralegal since 2015 after her graduation in 2014 from Sheridan College with her paralegal degree, co-op, followed by Law Society of Ontario licensing exam.
