With 10 years of experience, Rakesh Sharma is a seasoned paralegal at Verkhovets Law. He handles accident benefits claims from start to finish, including overseeing preparation of all necessary forms and applications for the License Appeal Tribunal. He also represents clients at the License Appeal Tribunal motions and hearings. He is experienced at handling accident benefit claim files from start to finish.
He coordinates and communicates with Verkhovets Law clients, insurance adjusters, and treatment facilities to keep claim files moving along.
Importantly, he liaises with medical providers regarding clients’ treatment plans and follows up on clients’ treatment progress.
Rakesh joined Verkhovets Law in 2023. Prior to that, he worked at another personal injury firm in Brampton.
He also worked as a legal assistant at a firm comprised of paralegals in Concord, Ontario, preparing WSIB appeal submissions, reviewing case records, and accident cost statements.
Rakesh obtained his Paralegal Diploma in 2013 at Sheridan College in Brampton. Like all our paralegals, he is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
